Arleen Rodriguez, LCSW

Arleen is a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker, leader, and strategist with over 18 years of experience advancing equity, prevention, and leadership in child welfare and human services. Most recently, Arleen served as a Federal Project Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where she provided oversight and support to national programs focused on strengthening families and communities.

Arleen’s career has included leading national leadership development initiatives, coaching over 60 leaders of color, and guiding public agencies and nonprofits through workforce transformation rooted in equity and culturally responsive care. As a therapist and consultant, Arleen help individuals and organizations move from performance to purpose by centering lived experience, intentional strategy, and healing-informed practices.

Outside of work, Arleen a proud mother, caregiver, and community advocate committed to connection, alignment, and collective healing and transformation.
